4–10 seats
For a growing practice running several matters at once.
11+ seats
For a full department — the lowest per-seat rate, unlimited seats.
Seats are the paralegals and attorneys on the account. A matter is a single estate worked end to end — open it once, and every deadline, form, and pleading for that estate is included.

How billing works
Every paralegal or attorney on the account is one seat. The more seats you run, the lower the per-seat rate — $55 at Starter down to $45 at Pro.
Each plan includes a block of new matters every month — 5, 12, or 25. Work them fully: forms, deadlines, and pleadings are all in the seat price.
A busy month past your included block is billed per additional matter — $75 on Starter and Standard, $60 on Pro. Nothing to pre-commit.
